In effect, the breast does not develop harmoniously because the implant base is not symmetrical in relation to the areola.
Breast hypotrophy or hypertrophy
Abnormally high sub mammary fold
Abnormally large mammary-areolar plaque

Stadium:

Stage I: This is the most common form, with only the inferomedial segment absent. There are many techniques available to the plastic surgeon.

He or she should explain the advantages and disadvantages of each technique during the consultation. Generally speaking, if the deformity concerns a major anomaly in the base of the breast implant, a fat transfer is the best way to remedy this malformation and restore harmony to the breasts.

If the gene concerns breast hypotrophy, breast augmentation by prosthesis may be desirable.

In the case of significant ptosis, a breast lift is required.

All these techniques can be combined to obtain the best results.

Tuberous breasts: Composite breast augmentation Tuberous breasts correspond to a breast malformation.
