Indication: The patient must be under 35 and have no personal or family history of breast cancer.
Preoperative radiological assessment: Ultrasound and mammography
Performed by a trained radiologist, it is considered indispensable, and its normality (ACR1 or ACR2) is a prerequisite for this procedure.
SoFCPRE recommends : That the patient undertakes to have a baseline imaging assessment performed one year after the operation, if possible by the same radiologist, and to remain under regular medical supervision.
SoFCPRE recommends : That its members participate in a national data collection system, reporting every case of fat transfer to the breast.
If the necessary conditions are not met, only breast augmentation by prosthesis can be performed.
