Photographs of breast surgery have been made available to you. The point of showing you these photographs is to make you aware of the limitations of certain procedures and show you what the possible results are.
Breast augmentation by prosthesis:
Breast augmentation prosthesis is used to increase the size of the breasts using breast implants. This surgery can be carried out on an outpatient basis "you go home in the evening", or in a traditional surgical setting "you stay in the clinic overnight". To place the prosthesis, the plastic surgeon can make 3 types of incision: an incision in the armpit (voie axillaire), an incision under the breast (voie sous mammaire) or an incision at the lower part of the areola (voir périaréolaire inférieure). Dr. David's aim is always to achieve a natural result.
Breast augmentation by fat transfer:
Breast lipofilling is an interesting alternative to breast augmentation with prostheses. It makes it possible to increase breast volume without the need for breast implants. The surgeon performs liposuction and transfers the fat taken from the breasts. This is a recent technique, but one that Dr. David has mastered perfectly.
Mastopexy:
The aim of mastopexy or breast lift is to "lift" sagging breasts. There are 3 techniques for performing a breast lift: the periareolar technique for correcting areolar malposition, the vertical technique for correcting moderate breast ptosis, and the inverted-T technique for treating major lift poses.
